WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES

$25 each class

WEDNESDAY EARLY BIRD

Beginning in the month of November we will be starting group fitness classes at 5:30a.m. and 5:30p.m. on Wednesdays! These classes are boot camp style, vigorous, and they also form great bonds with community.

SATURDAY BOOT CAMP

Begins at 12p.m. on Saturday, get ready to sweat. This is a vigorous bodyweight class that allows you to test your strengths and weaknesses to make you stronger. The class is 30 minutes long and each class is $25 paid via venmo or cashapp.
